Questioning the Rules
What does it mean to be successful?
To be rich?
To live forever?
To be famous?
Frankly, I’m not sure what it means.
I do know this. It is open to question.
I hooked up with this program by Johnny Truant (is that his real name?) and Lee Stranahan. So far, listening to the two of them riff about the idea of what success means, I like what I hear. They have some definitions of success that strike a chord.
I question their rules, too. Some of them. Some of then I believe are right on the money.
Their course is called, “Question the Rules.”
That’s the part I do like about it. The question for me has always been (you may have picked this up if you’ve read AngerFllex.com) “who the hell made these rules anyway.” Whoever it was was human just like you. Rules are fallible, rules are often wrong, they are always based on fury about the past or fear about the future, and are often outdated even before they leave someones lips or the ink dries on the paper they are written on.
Their Stuff
The stuff they’ve put out goes like this for me – like it, don’t like it, like it again. They’ve got a section on Faith and Belief. Well, the title knocks me out of the box right off. Then they started their riff and hooked me with some good information.
Whappo!
Then the stories came and I thought I was listening to a review of “The Secret.” Aaargh! Bad! Yukk!
Alas, I kept listening. It started sounding like they were saying something like, “Well, whatever happens, somehow it’s all going to work out.” Here’s where I started liking again. It isn’t that all of a sudden, riches will be bestowed upon you.
And here’s where I agree with them – if you just keep plugging away, you will find a way to keep the wold away from the door.
And then you get the chance to take the next step.
There is always a next step.
Take a look at their pitch. I’s good stuff, Check it out here.
